This place has the best top notch customer service! The butterfinger that helped me this last time was very patient helping me find a topical for my back pain! She took the time to explain the differences between the different options and really listened to what I was saying and...I came in to pick up my online order so the topical was a last minute added on item and she didn't even seem upset with me! The bud tenders are VERY knowledgeable about the product they carry!! This is the only place I go since they opened!!

I like this place but utterly disgusted. I got a vape pen from there and it clogged. I had the receipt and packaging. So I went back in and told them it was clogged. She said OK no problem. Long behold, she went outside, put her mouth on my clogged vape came back and said I got it unclogged for you. I said how she said well I had to blow into it and suck and I got it unclogged for you. I am utterly disgusted that they feel that this is OK. I guess have fun & Happy Birthday. I have influenza a. what if she has something that they don't know about and then gave it to me. I would sue. How is this ok? .This is standard practice that if your vape is clogged, they go outside and try them it themselves and put their mouth on it...

Great place

Locals is busy and has a huge selection. The last couple times I gone in my bud tender was Nylah and I have to leave a review. She is personable, knows her stuff and I can tell she genuinely cares about educating and finding what I need. May is my other favorite bud tender she is always personable and fun. I have rarely had bad customer service here over the years even as employees come and go and I wish I could name them all. Best return policy in town for carts. Best selection. Great experiences. Great spot.

Quality. I'm brand loyal to these folks. Never not chosing locals. Long lines are dealt with quick. Product hasn't failed me omce.
