Locals Canna House is excited to bring Playa Grandes first ever line of concentrates to shelfs! Playa Grande is a pesticide free, tier-1 indoor farm in the heart of Spokane Valley that produces high quality craft cannabis. I mostly smoke concentrates, so I am very happy to get a chance to smoke one of Locals most popular growers a little more often. I was very impressed with each and every one of these and they are among my new top favorites at Locals. Playa Grandes first batch of craft concentrates will be available for purchase this Tuesday, February 9th!
This strain is a favorite among Locals. In 2020, Locals Canna House sold more than 16,000 grams of this strain. Being a cross of Cookies n’ Cream and Gorilla Glue, its no wonder this strain is so popular. This wet sugar wax is very smooth and creamy with undertones that are earthy and skunky. This Indica hybrid creeps into your body, slowly bringing on a heavy relaxation with a slight euphoria. The perfect strain for kicking back, or if you take a few dabs in a row you can easily be ready for bed time.
Icicle Crasher is heavy cross of two Playa Grande hybrids, Icicles and Cake Crasher. The flavor is a smooth combination of diesel, sherbet, and fresh pine. This was one of my top favorites out of this first round of strains from Playa Grande due to its strong and fresh flavor and very strong effects. This is definitely a strain for relaxing, it made me really spacey and gave me a heavy couchlock feeling.
As far as aroma, flavor, and consistency, Playa Punch was my favorite. Playa Grande used their Pink Playa with Tropicana Punch. The fragrance was sweet like candy, with scents of orange citrus, pine, and skunk. This wet sugar wax was incredibly easy to work with and clung to my dab tool with ease, every dabbers dream. After smoking, euphoria and relaxation wash over your body. This hybrid is a great stoney option to blissfully float through your day with.
This tasty sativa hybrid is a fun mixture of Playa Grandes Pineapple and Blue Dream. The smell has a strong scent of pineapple, diesel, and blueberries. This was a pleasant weekend wake and bake strain. For myself, the high was heavy on the body and eyes but was mostly clear headed and not tiring. A nice way to roll into a lazy Sunday.
Purple Cinex crosses Purple Punch with Cinex. The smell is an interesting combination of grape kool-aid with scents of earth and lemongrass. For myself this strain felt like a relaxing 60/40 sativa hybrid with a nice clear headed high. It also had a creeping euphoria that slowly built up over a few minutes. I found Purple Cinex to be great for socializing or some light activities or projects.
I am not surprised that Playa Grandes first round of concentrates is anything short of spectacular. Hurry in to Locals to get your chance to try one of these premium concentrates. I know I will be going back for seconds!
