The term “live” in the dabbing world often refers to any extract that was made from frozen material. Live extracts have a higher terpene count than regular extracts which gives a fuller experience all around. Rosins are extracts produced without the use of solvents through methods such as heat-pressing material or with dry ice.
Live rosin is a lengthy process that takes high quality premium products and freezes them after harvest. The buds are then turned into bubble hash with dry ice and it is frozen again. The bubble hash is then pressed with heat and this produces the delectable treat that is live rosin.

Premier is known for small batch, craft cannabis that has won numerous awards over the years for their quality. Tropicanna Cookies has been my all time favorite strain from them in both rosin and flower but I think that has changed with this new strain.
With a name like Grapefruit Mountain, how can you not try that? The first time we saw this strain at Locals was in live rosin so I swooped it up immediately. I was shocked when I unscrewed that lid to give it a sniff. If my eyes were closed I would swear I had an actual grapefruit in front of me. I was ecstatic to dab this beauty.
I sat down eager to dab away and I loaded my regular size of dab. This Grapefruit Mountain knocked me back into my chair like I was new to dabbing. After recovering from the initial punch, the high is a 50/50 hybrid. It is spacey so I would not recommend it for any tasks you need to focus in but I did find it to be very sociable.
I was going to take a second dab but got distracted with some household chores. Later I felt a rush of euphoria and I thought to myself that I was very happy that I took that second dab, but then remembered I never did take that second dab. That Grapefruit Mountain certainly gave me a run for my money, I found myself with random waves of euphoria from the dab even a while after taking it. The high was very long lasting and I could not have been more satisfied.
